BEFORE YOUR EXPERIENCE
After completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details and any instructions required for your activity.
If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.

TOUR INFORMATION
Some experiences may be adjusted due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety reasons, or availability at venues and locations visited during the tour.
In such cases, Santorini Golden Tours may modify departure times, meeting times, routes, wineries, restaurants, vessels, or venues while maintaining the overall value and quality of the experience.
For wine-related experiences, wineries and tasting venues may occasionally be substituted with equivalent alternatives.
Guests under the legal drinking age are not permitted to participate in shared wine tasting experiences.

MEETING POINTS & ARRIVAL
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point at the agreed time.
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before departure.
Late arrival may result in missing part or all of the experience and no refund will be available in such cases.
Should you experience any delay, please contact us as soon as possible.

CHANGES, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellations received within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
Changes or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of departure cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability.

CRUISE SHIP GUESTS
If your cruise ship is unable to dock in Santorini due to weather conditions, port restrictions, or circumstances beyond your control, a full refund will be provided.

IF WE NEED TO CANCEL
In rare situations involving severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, Santorini Golden Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify an experience.
In these cases, guests will be offered an alternative date whenever possible or a full refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance before traveling.
Travel insurance may protect you against unexpected circumstances such as illness, flight delays, travel disruptions, or emergency cancellations.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
All guests participate in activities at their own discretion and are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the experience.
Santorini Golden Tours cannot accept responsibility for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged personal items.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Santorini Golden Tours works with licensed transportation providers, vessels, guides, and activity partners operating under Greek law.
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Santorini Golden Tours cannot be held responsible for delays, weather-related disruptions, force majeure events, transportation interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
