Gavalas Winery is one of the oldest wineries situated in the traditional village of Megalochori. The family combines traditional winemaking techniques with modern practices to produce a range of exceptional wines that showcase the distinct character of Santorini’s volcanic soil and microclimate. They are a limited production winery.
OENO Π Winery
Paris Sigalas is a highly respected winemaker and the founder of OenoΠ winery, which is located in front of the sea, in the area of the Koloumbo volcano, in Oia.
Santo Wines Winery
The Union of Santorini Cooperatives – Santo Wines was founded in its initial form in 1911, as “Santorini Vine & Wine Protection Fund”. Today, it consists of the largest organization of the island representing all the cultivators and counting 1.200 active members. It is located in Pyrgos village with a breathtaking volcano view, is open all year round to welcome visitors from all over the world, at its modern facilities that are dedicated to Santorini wines, gastronomy and fine living.
