How to make it:
Boil the split peas with onion until soft. Blend until creamy and finish with olive oil. Serve warm, topped with onion or capers.

Tomatokeftedes (Santorini Tomato Fritters)

Ingredients:
Santorini small cherry tomatoes, onion, flour, herbs, olive oil

How to make it:
Crush the tomatoes, mix with onion, herbs and flour. Fry spoonfuls in olive oil until golden and crispy.

Santorini Salad

Ingredients:
Small tomatoes, katsouni (local cucumber), capers, caper leaves, extra virgin olive oil

How to make it:
Chop all ingredients, drizzle with olive oil and gently mix. Fresh, simple and full of flavor.

White eggplant, olive oil, garlic, salt

How to make it:

How to make it:
